1. What is collected

This extension collects no personal information and no information about your browsing. Specifically, none of the following is collected, recorded or transmitted:

The URLs of pages you visit, or your browsing history
Page content, the contents of tables, or any text within them
Personal information such as your name, email address or IP address
Location
Usage logs or analytics of any kind

There is no analytics tooling (no page analytics, no crash reporting) and no advertising.

2. What is stored on your device

The following is kept in the browser's extension storage (chrome.storage.local), on your device only. It is never sent to any server.

Your settings (header-row handling, delimiter, destination subfolder, interface language, and so on)
Your paid licence key and its validation state

All of it is removed when you uninstall the extension.

The contents of the tables that were read are held in a temporary area that lasts until the browser closes (chrome.storage.session), so that reopening the popup shows them again. They are discarded when you quit the browser. This too stays on your device and is never transmitted.

3. What leaves your device

There are exactly two cases in which the extension communicates with anything outside your browser.

(1) Licence validation. Only if you enter a paid licence key, that key is sent to the licence validation API of Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), the payment provider, in order to verify it. Only the key you typed is sent; no browsing information and no table content is included. If you stay on the free version, this request never happens.

(2) Fetching pages. Only if you turn on "follow next page" or "also read tables on linked pages", the extension fetches pages from the site you are currently viewing, and no other. This is the same kind of request your browser makes when you visit the page yourself; what comes back is processed on your device to extract the tables and is not sent to anyone, including the developer.

The CSV files themselves are assembled on your device. Table contents never pass through any server.

4. Why each permission is needed

Permission	Purpose
`activeTab`	To detect tables on the page you are viewing, and only when you click the toolbar icon
`scripting`	To inject the table-detection script into the page you are viewing
`downloads`	To save the CSV files that were created
`storage`	To keep settings and licence state on your device
`offscreen`	To build the CSV file (creating a Blob URL) and to parse fetched HTML. The extension's background service worker has neither capability
`https://api.lemonsqueezy.com/*`	To validate a licence key
Access to other sites (optional)	To fetch pages of a site you allow, when you use "follow next page" or "also read tables on linked pages". This is not requested at install time; it is requested only when you use the feature, and only for that one site

5. Sharing with third parties

Your data is never sold, transferred or shared with third parties.

6. Children's privacy

This extension is not directed at children, and no information is knowingly collected from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above is revised. Significant changes are also noted in the extension's release notes.
